I have been working with computers, servers, Webpages for over 10 years.  My goal is to save you money and provide solutions that work for you.

I started Tech Specs because I saw a need for quality computer repair, webpage design, and training in the North Country for a great price.

As the owner (Ian Fawcett) I am skilled with over 10 years' experience:

• I have been doing computer and laptop repair for over 10 years and have seen it all. I will always give you a breakdown of your computer issue along with the cost before any work is done.
• 8 years' experience teaching in a classroom setting along with one on one trainings. These trainings include Mirocsoft Office, Intro to Windows, Webpage design, Computer security, and many more. I make sure you understand what you are being taught. I move at your pace, so you absorb the information.
• I currently design and maintain many business webpages in the North Country.

Along with the experience I hold a bachelors in computer science and an MBA in technology and marketing.
